In the heart of the hills in front of Todi rises Tenuta Amparo, former country residence and headquarter of the farm.
Our family-run company, aims to produce and achieve excellence in both wine and oil production.
The production philosophy is based on the principles of Total Quality (according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2000) paying particular attention to agronomic procedures in the vineyards to the wine-making processes and for oil production.
The harvest, carried out exclusively by hand in small boxes and selecting the best grapes, which differs by cultivar and vineyard.
Modern winemaking technologies, ensure the achievement of fine wines, in which are enhanced the flavors of the fruit and where you can taste balance and roundness of flavors.
The varieties of grapes on the property are: Sangiovese, Merlot, Grechetto di Todi, and Trebbiano.
The olive groves, cultivated in the highest part of the estate, covering about two hectares, where reside the best oil cultivars as Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, allow to obtain a very fruity and deep green extra virgin olive oil.
For wine production of the grapes, the winery is equipped with the most modern technologies: temperature controlled fermentation tanks, processing line of the grapes with the selection table, destemmer and hydraulic press.

OLIO EXTRA VERGINE D'OLIVA
The extra virgin olive oil, produced by Tenuta Amparo, is characterized by a deep green color due to the chlorophylls of olives, high in polyphenols which gives it a strong antioxidant power and considerable nutritional qualities.
SANGIOVESE
Ruby red wine with violet hues, intense and persistent smell, rich in fruity and floral flavors.
Balanced soft and smooth flavor.
It goes well with meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
GRECHETTO
White wine of straw yellow color, intense floral aroma, delicate and harmonious flavor. Enjoyable as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, white meats and cheeses.
